IMPORTANT: All Orders are  made on the assumption that the following pages have been read, and that the purchaser agrees to the terms as set out in these pages.

 

BlackButterfly Handcrafted Cards process all their orders on the assumption that you have read the terms of sale and agree to them.

Orders placed through the online shop are posted within a maximum of 2 days. Bespoke/personalised cards are dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving the customers approval of the design.

 If you require more than one copy of the card in the online shop we will be happy to make them for you. However, if the exact same paper or ribbon is no longer available from our suppliers, we reserve the right to substitute with a copy as close as we can manage to source. BlackButterfly2007 would like to point out that hand made cards, by their very nature, will always have some slight discrepancies in design from card to card.i.e. positioning of embellishments may vary slightly.

 

Payments:

 Payments can be made through “PAYPAL” and any information is securely stored on their secure website. Blackbutterfly2007 do not see or store any bank card or account information.

 

 Direct Delivery Service

 BlackButterfly Handcrafted Cards will post your cards directly to the recipient, if you so desire. We will also add any message you want and enclose it in with your card.

IMPORTANT safety notice:

Please be VERY aware that some of the embellishments used on hand made cards may not be suitable for young children, and may pose a choking hazard if they become detached. BlackButterfly Handcrafted Cards (www.blackbutterfly2007.co.uk) accept no liability for any card with embellishments coming into the possession of a child.
