Delivery
Most orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class recorded delivery. Any other arrangements will be notified if necessary.
All cards will be delivered to the address given on the order. If you require an alternative delivery address please let us know as soon as possible as shop orders are dispatched within 2 days.
Please try to allow at least 21 days for delivery, as BlackButterfly Handcrafted Cards will NOT be held liable for poor service by Royal Mail, particularly during busy periods.
Please be aware that Royal Mail will not consider a package lost for 15 working days after the post date.
After this time if the package is untraceable we will replace the cards.
If we cannot deliver to your address for reasons that are out of our control, we will let you know and refund all monies paid.
If you fail to take delivery because you have canceled your contract under the Distance Selling Regulations, BlackButterfly will refund or credit you within 30 days for any sum you have been charged for the order, less any expenses for failed delivery.
We will try to deliver the goods as quickly as possible after your order is accepted and you have approved any bespoke designs. We will not however accept liability for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. If this happens Black butterfly will inform you as soon as possible
Postage & Packing Charges
Postage and packing charges are included in every order price with the exception of special requests for boxed cards.
These will incur an extra 50p charge per card.
