Distance Selling – Your Rights

You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive your order.

 To exercise your right to cancellation, you must give written notice to BlackButterfly Handcrafted Cards by letter or email, giving details of the order and the delivery.

 If you exercise your right of cancellation after the items have been delivered tp you, you will be responsible for returning them to BlackButterfly2007 at your own expense, taking reasonable care to ensure the items are not damaged in the meantime or in transit.

 Once you have notified us of cancellation of the contract, BlackButterfly will refund or re-credit you within 30 days for any sum that you have paid or been debited from your account for the items.

If you do not return the goods as required, we may charge you a sum not exceeding the direct costs of recovering the items.
