Blackbutterfly2007 are very careful to protect your privacy and will only use your personal details in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. None of your details will ever be passed to any third party.

 

The only personal information we require is that needed to process and deliver your order. This includes

2. Addresses: Billing address & Delivery address if different

3. Your email address

4. Telephone Number

 

The information will only be used to contact you regarding your order, or if you should contact us with a query relating to your order or a service we provide.

 

Your email address will not be used to contact you with marketing literature or newsletters unless you sign up to our newsletter section on the homepage.

 

Returns

 

You may return any card purchased through our online store within 14 days of recieving it. The card must be unmarked in it's original packaging to be accepted for a refund.

 

We do NOT accept returns for bespoke or personalised cards.

 

You need to contact us for authorisation and our returns procedure before sending cards back to us.
